A better lagoon coast

"Vėjo miestelis" is an exceptional project unfolding in Svencelė, right on the shores of the lagoon. We shaped its architecture, environment, and infrastructure with deep respect for the unique culture and history of the lagoon and the Svencelė region. Today, 25 homes are rising here, each featuring private yards and surroundings designed for peaceful relaxation. Between the homes, welcoming open spaces invite the community to come together, or simply to soak in the lagoon sun – and, at times, embrace the wind.
