We are developing sustainable, functional, and exceptional business centers in line with new spaces for a more comfortable living. We are part of SBA Group with a total turnover of EUR 342.5 million. We set the highest requirements for our projects: we strive not only to decorate cities but also to raise the quality standards in the Real Estate market.
We built the first A + class business center in Lithuania. We have ensured 100 percent of the business center's heating energy needs for the first time in Lithuania by using only renewable geothermal energy. We were the first to use river water to cool the entire business center. Our "BLC" was the first business center in Baltic countries awarded with 3 stars "Fitwel" certificate.
