The Green Hall Business Valley is an ensemble of three premium business centers situated in a prime Vilnius location on the banks of the Neris River, between Žvėryno and the Central Business District (CBD). Green Hall 2, the second business center in the ensemble, became the first office building in Lithuania to achieve a Class A+ energy performance certificate.
Sustainability and minimal environmental impact were the core requirements given to Arrow, the Danish architecture firm that designed the building. Its forms, mimicking the curves of the Neris River, geothermal heating, and a unique curved glass facade distinguish this business center within the Vilnius CBD.
