BLC2 became the first business center in the Baltic States to achieve the highest three-star Fitwel building certification for employee well-being, confirming that the office environment is fully dedicated to enhancing the physical and emotional wellness of its people.
In developing the BLC business center, the SBA Group completely revitalized Vienybės Square and gifted it back to the city of Kaunas. The investment in this landmark square renovation totaled 10 million euros.
